  • Misuse AI outputs for misinformation or infringement

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, algorithms, text, graphics, and design elements are the exclusive property of Wandero AI or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce or resell any portion of the platform.

AI-generated itineraries or content you create are yours to use; however, Wandero AI retains ownership of its system logic, code, and models.

9. AI Content Disclaimer

Wandero AI produces AI-generated recommendations.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee:

  • Real-time availability, pricing, or conditions
  • Accuracy of third-party information
  • Fitness of recommendations for your personal circumstances

Please verify essential details before booking or travel.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with:

  • Outstanding obligations remain enforceable

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid during that period.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wandero AI, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Service,
  • Your breach of these Terms, or
  • Your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

All disputes must first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us.

If not resolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed forum.

You agree to waive participation in any class-action lawsuit, except where prohibited by law.

Users outside the United States agree that all disputes shall be governed by and resolved under U.S. law.
