Email integration

Connect Gmail to Wandero

Wandero reads Gmail messages, drafts replies in your voice, and links each thread to CRM and operational work. Outgoing email waits for a person's approval.

What Wandero does with Gmail

A connected Gmail account joins the same Wandero workspace as your other inboxes, WhatsApp, CRM records, and files.

Reply in your voice

Wandero reads incoming Gmail messages and prepares replies in your company's tone, following your policies.

Organize what needs attention

Owners, tags, filters, and projects separate the threads that need action from the ones already moving.

Summarize and recover context

Long threads are summarized and connected to the customer, project, and files they concern.

Turn a message into work

A request can become a CRM update, quote, itinerary, document, or scheduled follow-up without losing the original thread.

Connection and Google permissions

Gmail connects through your Google account. Wandero requests basic profile information and only the permissions needed for the Google features you choose to connect.

Gmail permissions
Read messages, send messages, manage labels, and read or update basic Gmail settings such as signatures.
How the data is used
The Limited Use Disclosure describes identifying travel-related messages, building itinerary records, organizing relevant threads, and letting you read or send correspondence from Wandero.
Automated processing
Relevant Google content may be processed by Wandero's automated systems and contracted service providers, including AI model providers acting as processors, only to deliver the feature or action you requested.
What Wandero never does
Google data is not used for advertising, sold, or used to train generalized AI models. Wandero personnel may access it only with your permission for a specific support case, for a security or abuse investigation, or when required by law.
Encryption
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and data is encrypted in transit.
Disconnecting
Disconnect Gmail in Wandero or revoke Wandero in your Google Account security settings. Disconnecting removes Wandero's stored tokens for that connection. Deleting your Wandero account clears connected Google tokens and requests provider revocation. Manage Google access (opens in a new tab)

Human approval before email goes out

Wandero prepares the work. A person approves every outgoing message.

  • Every outgoing email and WhatsApp message waits for a person's approval before it is sent.
  • The person can approve it, edit it first, or reject it with feedback.
  • Actions, decisions, and history stay reviewable afterwards.

Wandero's engineering article describes how a prepared email or WhatsApp message pauses as an approval request until a person approves it, approves it with edits, or rejects it. Read how Wandero works
